Extensive real estate finance and venture transactional capabilities, as well as asset and investment fund management experience. Real estate market and financial feasibility consulting for developers, investors and family offices for existing assets as well as new projects generally ranging from $5MM to $50MM+. Recent focus has been on project acquisition, development feasibility, financial deal structure, as well as capital formation and procurement with institutional lenders, investors and private debt funds.

H.E. Cedric Scott now serves as The Bahamas Ambassador to Japan and WTP’s Caribbean ambassador for Renewable Energy. A native of Nassau, Ambassador Scott devotes his time, energy, and relationships to developing the Bahamian film industry and contributing to the Bahamas government efforts to establish The Bahamas as the Caribbean leader in environmental standards. Ambassador Scott is dedicated to providing expertise, connections, and support to give back to the citizens of the Caribbean to enhance their quality of life.

Over 25 year’s experience developing, structuring, negotiating, and financing energy, waste-to-energy and renewable energy projects totaling over $2 billion. Jim served as Vice President of Finance for Ameresco, Inc., an industry leading cleantech integrator and renewable energy asset developer, owner and operator, for 19 years and has extensive experience negotiating power purchase and other off-take agreements, structuring non-recourse project debt, project deal structure development, and risk analysis.

As Director of Technology Strategy, North America for a Fortune 150 technology, communications, & managed services company, Terry has over 25 years driving next generation solutions that leverage edge compute and storage infrastructure, secure and low-latency connectivity, and Industry 4.0 technologies— including plant operations and logistics. He directs our technology strategy in the delivery of renewable energy initiatives.
